APPROACH

I worked closely with Pathway’s leadership to reframe wellbeing as an essential leadership tool. We also focused on creating an inclusive culture that embraced diversity and fostered resilience.

We introduced self-care practices across mental, emotional, and physical health, helping leaders maintain balance and model healthy behaviours for their teams.

2. Inclusive Leadership
I guided leaders in creating a psychologically safe environment where all voices were heard, leading to stronger team cohesion and a more inclusive recruitment process.
